Who do you suppose his target market is? (Should that be "are"?)

My hair is curly and I ate my crusts. OH ate hers and her hair is straight. Having missed out on haircuts since end of September she says she now knows what Lady Penelope would look like at 65, it is now shoulder length.
Eating carrots was a brilliant bit of WW2 propaganda, they were given the credit for RAF crews being such good marksmen in poor light as they ate lots of carrots. The real reason was carrots grow well in UK soil so it was one thing that didn't have to be imported, and this was deemed a good way of persuading people to eat them, you would get super vision like airmen

Sorry they're out of focus but I had to be quick and I'm not very good. My little adopted stray cat's kittens at 12 hours old. Two ginger and three assorted black.

Temporarily. Much as I'd love to I can't afford to keep 10. It wasn't meant to happen and she showed no signs of coming into oestrus until I noticed the potential signs of pregnancy. With two "entire" male strays around it was somewhat inevitable. The vet thought there were three, due a week ago but during this past week the poor little scrap became ENORMOUS! The kittening box is in the corner beside my desk so as I type I can hear the little squeaks ...

Two of them have ignored/not noticed what's happened. Pickle was hissed at when he got too near last night and Smokey isn't sure what to make of it. They tend to be wary because a mother cat can be quite aggressive. I shan't worry about finding homes for 7 or 8 weeks - there is a small local cat rescue and she will help, as will the vet but my sister, who has been cat-less for about 12 years is thinking about taking two. Hopefully she will be able to get here and meet the kittens before too long.
Lily was out of the box eating so I thought I'd take the opportunity to change the bedding. Piked up one kitten and put it in a smaller box but before I could pick up the next, she'd grabbed it by the scruff and put her and it back in the original box. Fortunately she is still OK with me being near them but changing the bedding will have to wait.

I'm getting cross at the moment watching people with ironing-board flat hair advertising "John Frida anti frizz shampoo ". It's clearly designed for people who've never had a single frizzy hair in their lives  rather than real people with properly frizzy hair who've not had a haircut in months...

A priest, a pastor, and a rabbit walked into a blood donation clinic.
The nursed asked the rabbit: What is your blood type?

I am probably a type-O, said the rabbit.

Took me a while....good one Marigold!

Those kittens are adorable. Our cat is now 18 months old, we got him at around 6 weeks from a rescue, having never had a youngster before, our others have mostly been middle aged or elderly. I certainly feel so much more informed now about the differences between kittens and adults, but it has been a treat and a privilege watching him grow up (well sort of, he's not actually very grown up at all).

We are wondering whether to include Poppy on the Census.
If not, why not?
Would anyone notice an extra 7-year-old?
Just wondering, how many imaginary friends do actually appear.
