can anyone help?

My chicken has lost all her feathers on her tummy - she looks fine until you pick her up - and today she laid a soft shelled egg. She has access to layers pellets and grit as well as water and a large area of garden. She also has a red patch on the outside of her crop. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I dont know what could be wrong with her, but you can try to contact an avian vet who should be able to help.
