Hi KTpekin, and welcome ot the Forum.
I have a Brinsea Mini advance, and am very pleased with it. Simple to set up the programmes to what you want, reliable temperature control and egg turning. I've hatched two batches of quail eggs successfully in the past 6 weeks, all hatched with no problems except those not fertile anyway. This inci has no indication of humidity, but I just incubated dry until the last 2 days, when turning stopped ready for the hatch, and topped up the pots then. If you wanted to have a humidity readout you'd need to get a hygrometer.
The quail egg circle has 12 oval spaces 3cm X 2cm. The full-size egg tray has 7 spaces 3.8cm X 2.5cm. I should imagine you could use the smaller tray for bantam eggs, but haven't actually tried them in it. If you go ahead and get this inci, you could make a cardboard cutout oval the size I've given you, and see if a pekin egg would fit in, with enough of it protruding below to be turned effectively.
Do let us know how you get on.
