blood in vent

Hi. 1 of my 3 chickens has laid intermittently this week including a soft shell one day.(normally lays 1 a day like clockwork) Today I noticed a spot of blood on the shell and on inspection her vent was quite bloody. I've bathed it with water and dabbed dry. She has been running round the garden today quite happy and still looks fine. Should I worry ? Any suggestions welcome please.

Hello, just keep an eye on it- it's probably nothing- sometimes there will be a bit of blood on the eggs- see what her next ones like- but if she's looking well and acting normally then i wouldn't worry to much
