best way to clean incubated egg

My broody has pooed on an egg she was sitting on and I'm wondering the best way to clean a half-incubated egg?

Warm solution of hatching disinfectant Chickenfan. Brinsea now do one and our original was Chicktec. If you haven't got either of those just a warm water wipe will have to do I think. Important that the water or solution is warmer than the egg though, otherwise bacteria will enter through the shell.
