Hi, I bought this wonderful coop in May of this year, but only used ot for a couple of months as I needed a bigger one very soon.
It was made by a local craftswoman to my exact speciifcation and is such good quality - much better than anything you will see on the internet (even the "posh" sites).
It is 2 x 3ft with a lift off roof. Mind you, you need muscles on your muscles to left it off. I didn't realise that the timber she used would be so thick and of such good quality. The felting on the roof may not be ideal for some, but it is the heavy duty stuff and should last for 15 years easily.
The pop hole is sized for a Pekin, but, to be honest, my Warrens didn't have much difficulty getting in and out - and it wasn't even their coop!
I kept 4 Pekins in this coop, and I suppose it could house 2 large fowl, but it was meant for bantams and that's why it is the small size it is. If you want it for LF, then there is a large door on the front to make life easier for them. The perch runs the width of the coop and is 3 foot long. As a nest box there is a cute little loose box that I just placed in the back corner.
