Bad sellers?????

We have a section for sellers good and bad for e bay eggs.Is it possible to have the same for sellers of live birds or would that be slanderous/too legally difficult? This came to me following Welshy's post.I have heard some pretty grim tales of intimidating sellers recently.My previously mentioned 'visiting'of sellers has revealed some DISGUSTING conditions.Will DEFRA investigate if these places are reported? -or is it RSPCA? Ros

That would be good if this could be done as that way no other buyer need to go trough bad sellers and also the sellers would need to clean up their act, too!
