Any Suggestions please? Sick Hen

This morning I discovered blood splashes on the wall and floor of the coop where the hens roost. I checked and there are no visible injuries to any of them. Possibly blood coughed up? One of them seemed listless and was not eating although drank water. I segregated her and later noted that her droppings were deep sea green. Late this afternoon she ate some apple but was not interested in her pellets or corn. Also her comb which is quite large does not look as red as normal. Eyes are clear and no coughing/nasal discharge. Keeping her in a box in the kitchen tonight and will see how she is in the morning with a trip to the vet if necessary. Has anyone any suggestions as to what may be the problem?

Has the bird been wormed, normally deep green worms are a sign of late worms.
Are there any signs of blood coming from the birds mouth or nose? Open up the beak is there any signs of a blockage?
ACV and garlic into the water will help her, see how she is in the morning, you are doing the right things by keeping her away from the other birds and by keeping her warm, it will do her a world of good.

It does sound like worms,garlic and ACV will definitely help.If it isn't worms for any reason,you shouldn't do any harm by worming all of them.
Worms are a b****r,it does take regular worming to keep them at bay.They aren't something we tend to think about in the winter,but,if a hen does have a few,I imagine the warm hen houses are a good breeding ground for worms in the droppings.
