Amber link laid 3 eggs in one day

Hi All, I'm very new to this forum and as the title suggests I had a very strange experience on Tuesday.
My Amber link hen laid as normal first thing in the morning then at 1pm after being very quiet and just ambling around laid another in the garden. She then went and stood under a bench and 20 minutes later laid another. Both soft shelled, well the second one had no shell, hardly surprising 07
Yesterday as expected, no egg and she did seem quieter than normal but this morning back to her gobby self with a perfect egg when I let them out.
She's a young girl, aprox 9 months and has been laying an egg every day since the early December.
Is this a glitch that happens once in awhile or very strange, should I be looking for any underlying problems?

I went on a chicken keeping course last year and during this session they did a postmortom on a hen and they actually have several eggs in there system at one time waiting to be laid. Sounds like one egg got stuck and the others just caught up with them. Once the stuck one moved the others were probably ready in the works ready to be laid. Hopefully this will not happen again. I have only ever had one egg bound hen when she was laying soft eggs touch wood it has not happened to her again.

Thanks for that, she's happily running around in the garden now, thinking she's top hen but in theory she's bottom of the pecking order ( of 3), not the brightest hen but such a sweet nature
