a new house project

yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee that means they can move in there tomorrw night :D :D :D :D i so cant wait me is happy now { been stressing it with computer going slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww still trying to sort it } but foxy you have made my night thankyouuuuuuuu 0:-)

girls are in thier new house but omggggg was it fun trying to get them in there hopefully after tonight they will all pretty much go in there on thier own once they know its safe , all i got to do now is block of any seams with the rest of the sealant and varnish the outside seams and paint the rest of it . tonight i took down the plastic houses and there was tons of blood filled red mites at the end of the perches but dont worry they are all dead i had fun killing them , as well as using sealant on the seams i am going to put vaseline down them as well i'll make sure the mites dont get in my new house i am at war with them  but i am glad that 99% of the hard work is done but soemone today gave me some drainpipes to use as perches but i havent used them before as anyone on here used them though ?

dont worry i havent used them could not work out how to get them fixed for a start :-)05 , am going to replace the bantams perch tomorw but i am going to put nuts between the perch and the wall of the house so theres a gap will make easier cleaning :) .

You have a nice large coop there
the ply you have used is shuttering grade ply , it is water proof on the faces ( both sides) but the edges are not
If anyone else is going to use this type of ply i would recomend that the edges are treated with a end grain treatment ( the same os you would use on decking boards)
and another tip is :-)01 (as you have said about replacing the ply when needed) :-)01
always put grease on the screws b4 you put in the wood this way you can get them out when needed

another sheet material you can use is Sterling board ( Looks like a patchwork of wood on faces )

Hope People find this Helpful
