7 day old baby chick sick

First time chicken owners.....7 days old chick was doing very well till just now.....beak opening and closing (gaping?), eyes droopy, labored breathing, lump/air pocket on right side of chest......Help!

In a brooder under heat? how many other chicks have you got in with it? Possibly too hot? Has it been eating/drinking ok til now? Does it sound raspy? Is chick the same size as others? Sorry for the questions, just trying to think what it may be. I would be inclined to put some garlic & ACV in the water for starters, make sure the water isnt cold straight from the tap as this can cause a chill in the first few days & also cause poopy bums. Has it been pooing ok? If you have some oregano to hand would sprinkle some in the chick crumb. These are just a couple of emergency measures due to the time of night. Sorry cant be of more help at the mo

If heat OK and drinking water OK could be pneumonia, which they hatch with and then develops when the lungs start to be used. But that usually becomes evident at about 3 -4 days so perhaps not. Has it eaten some bedding?
