100g egg!

One of my Light Sussex hens has done it!!!, she was named Hero as she was sickly and weak out of the shell, I did not think she would live till morning, but as you can see she has gone on to bigger and better things - her sister, by contrast , has just laid a first pullet size egg. I took photos but still do not know how to put them on the site, I will one day, if it is of any intertest to anyone. Pats on the back, please, for being such a good hen mother!!

as for photos.. use the tab below the box you type in (!) that says "upload attachement" and then "browse" your computer for the right photo. (It may have to be reduced in size first)

Even easier (imho) is to open a free Photobucket account online, upload your photos from your computer then just copy the "thumbnail" tab... It makes sense when you're doing it, honest!
