Thanks! I also plan on adding a 1 inch foam / kingspan type material on the inside. The coop will be a box with 2x2's in each corner for support. So if add 1 to 1.5 inch insulation / soundproofing and lay over 1/4 to 1/2 inch plyboard it should be close enough to the support edges to square it...
