i didn't notice that the wire that holds the pop hole open had snapped and had a very busy day so when i went out to close it i found the chooks all huddled in a pile on the steps to their house desperate to get in out of the cold ( bad me )
when i lifted the pop hole they looked so relieved and ran inside, the hens all ran to the nest boxes and laid, they must of been sat with heir legs crossed :lol:

Oh bless them, they are funny things. I bet they were so glad to get in

ooh,you wicked N.F. mum,shame on you!!!!!At least they didn't go and lay somewhere really muddy .
