Hi, My CPQ got off her eggs yesterday...

It is my fault - I HAD to clean out the aviary as it was becoming a health hazard- but she had tolerated this before. The eggs still feel slightly warm, so I think she has been on and off them today - should I get an incubator, or is it too late :-(

Thanks in advance

Just a tip for next time. I always use a hot water bottle for emergencies. Lots of padding around it and around the eggs on top, to make a warm little nest. Heat pads also work in the same way. But of course you need to get an inci PQ Eggs are not dead until they are stone cold. I do hope yours survived.

thank you for the advice - I am afraid that she did not get back on them :(

It is handy advice in case she ever tries to sit again - and it will teach me to not clean them out, even if I think they need it....

thanks anyway
