Worming

Sorry.....new to all this.
I currently have two happy ducks and i would of course like to keep them this way, i have been told that i should worm them, my question is with what and how often ?

i worm my hens with flubenvet. i dont know if its licenced for ducks?

Flubenvet isn't licensed for ducks - but it is for Chickens, Geese and Turkeys so I use it to worm my ducks...

It <probably> hasn't been tested on ducks as it's not commercially viable (it's really expensive to do these tests and there isn't much of a market for ducks).

There is an article on Worming Ducks on the main site. Ducks don't seem to get worms as much as chickens but I worm mine every 6 months with the Chickens and Geese

I can also vouch for flubenvet. Just check you are using the correct dosage for your breed as dosage for ducks is not listed. You will need to ask your vet.
