Fixed temperature and no draughts is the ideal Gazeds. So not one that will heat up in the sun and get really cold at night as the ambient temperature still affects the heat in the incubator, despite the thermostat and heaters. Draughts cause heat loss as well. We found the best place was on the landing in a sheltered corner. It's well inside the centre of this building and gets no sunlight.
