When do I remove hatched chicks?

Hi
This is my first time using an incubator. My previous hatches were with a broody, so no need to intervene. One egg hatched late this morning & he has been wandering round in the incy ever since. The second chick hatched about 7pm, but the first one is moving around a lot & walking on him. I still have 4 eggs left to hatch & I know it's recommended not to open the incy until hatch is complete, but when can I remove the first chick as I'm afraid he'll injure any others that hatch out over night?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

You can remove the chick once dry but there's no hurry, it shouldn't hurt the other chicks during the hatch. Do it quickly to keep the humidity high. I usually leave my chicks in there for up to 12 hours.
