what to give my Muscovy in winter

what can i give my Muscovy in winter
its -20 and more snow here so i cant let them out to graze
what greens or extras do you recommend

When I kept Muscovies they enjoyed the same as my chooks - they had layers pellets as their main food, and tucked into cabbage, mixed corn, apples, just the same as the hens. (Oh, they also cleared one of the ponds of watercress, too!)

So cabbages or similar would probably do the trick!
