Wake up call

We are used to the sound of birds early in the morning, but this morning was a bit different, and a bit louder!. Went out to see what it was and this is what I found, yes it's a peacock.

So what happened next? Is he still around?

Nothing for the rest of the day or this morning, I can only assume it is something to do with the people who's land borders us to the left as we have heard some very strange noises coming out of there at dusk, sounds like they a running a torture chamber but Mrs Dinosaw suggested a Peacock calling would be more likely.

Two things really surprised me about peacocks Dinosaw- how high and far they can fly and how destructive they are to flower beds.
