One of my hens laid this very small egg..can anyone tell me why

Hi, they sometimes lay small eggs- usually smaller than that one- they will have normally have no yolk - it's nothing to worry about- they will continue to lay as normal 
They have various names depending on where in the country you are - fairy eggs, wind eggs etc
