A Anonymous Guest Dec 19, 2009 #2 Hi,they will still need ventilation,so you will need to have it open.mine is adjustable,so I have it open about 1/4 inch.

A Anonymous Guest Dec 19, 2009 #4 Thats ok,I worry that it will make the coop to cold,but,it is higher than the chooks are so hopefully it doesn't. It does keep us on our toes wondering what to do sometimes for the best.
