Morning everyone!
Well my 6 ex-batt's are all doing really well, all fully feathered and ALL laying! I had 8 eggs today; 2 were tiny so I think My 2 POL have started laying ( just had them on toast and they were scrummy!)
Henrietta (my prolapsed hen) is still with me becasue she is perfectly happy; she lays HUGE eggs which is prob why she had a prolapse but as she is happy I don't want to give her the chop....the other girls don't bother her any more :)
We have fenced off half the garden but Clara and Lola the 2 new POL are very naughty and keep flying over to our side :-)07 but they haven't got over the 6 ft fence or hedge so I won't worry to much!
Hope everyone is enjoying this gorgeous spring day!

Hi Fuzzyfelt,
so glad to hear all well with you, and wish I lived in sunny Herefordshire and not dark, miserable, finger numbing Camberley, Surrey, where I begin to wonder if the sun will ever shine again!
We did see it about a month ago. and it felt great to be out in the garden with the girls.
My girls are laying well, so they are happy, I am most definitely not, I hate continued cold.

Glad your girls are laying well but sorry it's cold were you are - I thought it was sunny all over the uk; I even have my washing on the line! Mind you i'm off to work in the mo so won't see much sun on labour ward!!!!
