Talking of free ranging Shirley our chicks have decided for themselves. They are 5 weeks and 4 weeks and the temperature is 10 degrees but they've all decided to fly out of their very large box and populate the whole storeroom. Came out to the storeroom to find the tiled floor and other stuff, like my tools, covered in chick poo and chicks all over the place. Time to move them I think.
