hiya everyone am new to this forum and chicken keeping, i rerscued two lovely hens a couple of months ago and gave them the run of my garden. have had very happy hens till now they have been laying fine and seem very happy then i started to get tiny eggs... not every day but have had 4 now in last month and there getting smaller...i know this happens in young hens but mine are approx 2 years old...they have oyster grit and layer pellets and a supply of scraps as treats (but not all the time) can anyone help please im worried i may be doing something wrong or they are sick.....

Hello and welcome to the forum :)
Sometimes they will lay small eggs- these dont usually have a yolk- it is nothing to worry about and they will start to lay normal eggs soon.
regards, David :)

Ditto what davidd said, but if they are ex-batts could possibly be older than you think & coming to the end of their laying life. Are they hybrids or purebred? You would still get eggs but not regularly. Our LS never layed regularly after she was 2.

Thanks guys feel lot better now was thinking i was doing something wrong!!! i dont know what breed they are if im honest was told they were hi-lines???? have posted a photo (not very good one) in the pictures section if that helps thanks again....love this site is great!!!
