Having lost an Indian Runner to egg peritonitis back in Nov 08, I think I've now got a Khaki Campbell with it. Similar symptoms, and she let me pick her up and put her in her house at bedtime tonight which is unheard of - she couldn't get up the ramp on her own. I know what happens in this condition, but it is so sad. If I could prevent it happening I would - it's just one of those things tho I guess. :(

Hi Mooner
Sorry I am a bit late in seeing this, but how did things go with your KC duck. Must be a spite to see it again after having experienced it before.

how is you duck?

Sadly, she died yesterday, but had appeared to recover. One minute she was drinking and eating, then an hour later as stiff as a board. Poor thing. thankfully all the others seem OK.
