Thanks and please welcome two new moderators.

Hello All,

As some of you might have noticed, Snifter has stepped down as moderator due to recent other commitments. She has worked very hard since the forum started, not only on the day to day running of the forum, but also on shaping the way the forums are organised and the admin tasks. I would like to thank her for her dedication and support in this role but also for her own input as a user of the forum, often helping people out with her guidance. I hope she will continue to drop in to the forum when time permits.

Davidd continues to moderate and he has kindly stepped up to a Global Moderator (can moderate all forums) with me. Foxy has started moderating the General Chickens and Chickens Health Forums and Pebojuno now moderates the Welcome and Incubation Forums.

I would like to welcome them both and thank Davidd for his continued efforts. 08

As we grow further, we may require more forum moderators / global moderators to look after the running of the site so if this is something you would like to do, feel free to contact one of us.

Ohhhhh!
I always wondered why snifter posted things where moderators post, and yet her name is not highlighted green or blue!

Ah an in the early days we even had problems with getting the green and blue to work too! There are so many little settings it took me about 6 months before I found out why it wasn't working!!

;-)

But yes, that's why. When Snifter stepped down, the account reverted back to normal colours but the posts were of course preserved...
