terramycin 5%

Hi
Could someone please advise me as to the dosage of terramycin 5% to be added into the water for chickens. My vet prescribed this for respiratory problems, and gave me a manufacturers leaflet with it. However it doesn't list the dosage for chickens, I have tried looking on the internet but all I can find is the dosage for cattle and pigs.

Hi, the dosage for chickens is =1×250g pack medicates 210 litres - so you need to scale it down- i.e. 50g = 42 litres, 25g = 21litres, 12.5g = 10.5 litres etc
