Just been snacking on one so thought I would share how lovely these are. We have been doing them for a good few years now since we came across them in Japan where they cut them in half and use them to top bowls of ramen noodles. All you need is some Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade and some hard boiled eggs. Marinade the eggs in a pool of the sauce making sure to turn them every few hours so that it is absorbed on all sides. Lovely to snack on, bring a nice sweet saltiness to the eggs. They keep for a couple of days.

Normally yes, but if we want them to be more Teriyaki-ish then we cut them in half and then the yolk absorbs all the flavour too. If you try them then best to try them whole first to see if you like them, you know when they are marinaded because the white turns a dark brown.
