strong chick unable to pip

I have a chick that's been hammering on the egg for 24 hours and unable to pip. Is this too high or too low humidity?

How many in the hatch, Chickenfan? Have any others hatched normally? Can you tell which part of the egg is the chick pecking at? (I.e, does it appear to be the right presentation?)
If other chicks are out already and OK, it may be a problem with this individual rather than the humidity etc.

Its hatched! Not sure what the problem was but as soon as it pipped it seemed to hatch in 5 minutes.
