Sexing quail

Is there any reasonably foolproof way of sexing Japanese common quail at 6/7 weeks?

Clearly the ones that are "treading" are highly likely to be males but apart from that........?

Hi.
I'm not 100% sure if i'm right but I think the males have a darker more prominent speckles on the chest and females are paler and less speckled.

in the normal colour , and most dark colours the male habe a dark chestnut band appearing across the chest area

the females carry a lot less chest colour
