We have noticed a lot of difference in the tail feathers of our geese. One has a pointed tail as all the feathers meet together whereas the other has its tail feathers spread out like a fan. I assume then that one is a goose and the other a gander - does anyone know which is which please? :?
you can't tell by their tail feathers- only ducks and cockerels i am afraid.
