If you are really serious about getting good birds, go to the British Waterfowl Association National show in November and you should see 100 or so White Runner entries - you can speak to the breeders and see what they have available. There are some birds for sale there too - but they usually go quite quickly.
As a member of the BWA, you also get a breeders directory that has contact details of people breeding specific breeds.
