hi i have a r-com 20 with 6 duck eggs in, at the moment it's day 21 all eggs looks like they are ok.
my question is what temp and humidity should i set with this incubator, how high should i set it to help them hatch.
i know that i stop turning the eggs at day 25, do i drop the temp on this day and raise the humidity or do i do it gradually until day of hatch.
sorry about all the questions but i am nervous that i might get it wrong at this late stage.
also why does it have 1hour 2hour 3hour turning set on this incubator????? i set it at 1 hour, but what are the others for....
thank you, any advice welcomed.

Hello, i use these incubators- i would raise the humidity on day 29 and try to keep it as high as possible once they pip- fan assisted incys do tend to dry out the eggs and are not the best for duck and goose eggs. The temp isn't that important- you can lower it or leave it at 37.5 -it wont make a lot of difference. The different turning times make no difference either, a hen or duck/goose tirns them at random- as lonfg as they are turned at least twice a day they will still hatch. Good luck and let us know how they get on.
regards, Davidd :)

Hi Davidd thank you for your reply, i thought that they will hatch on day 28, so you think they will go to day 29, sorry i must of got it wrong some where.
so i only raise the humidity on day 29 will that be the last day for them to hatch.
