Why can't I upload a pic to my profile?? I've even tried one <6kb as requested but to no avail....

If anyone can advise, please do so as if you are teaching a five year old. I'm not very computer savvy.... 11

Bit like me, you need a child of five to help, they seem to be able to work out how anything technological works
