Dose anyone know of a poulty slaughterman or house in north shropshire or north wales.? Or what is involved in getting a slaughter licence.

Can't help you with the first bit but the link below should help you with the second. You don't need a license at all if slaughtering for private consumption or if you are practising neck dislocation or decapitation on the same premises at which the birds were reared.
