Need some advice as I've just had enough of my pics being used for ebay, preloved etc. to sell :x
So I email sellers and do get them removed although some do insist they are their birds
Today I have an email from one saying its on google so she can use it :-)19 now this is another one that
I've passed to Tim (if you are reading this) that hes used and water marked............................
so surely she cannot use it,as she not removing this because of what she says

I think you need to report it to ebay, with a link to the pic on your own site just to prove its yours.

I find it unbelievable that people think its ok to use pics of other peoples birds to sell their own, in my mind its fraud!

Yet more examples of the dishonesty that has infected the poultry world in the last few years. When we first started it was quite a closed shop. There were very few breeders advertising and one local to us was just starting up. The local breeder is now enormous, the market is saturated with birds for sale and I'm sure it will all come crashing back down in due course.

Yes it certainly is fraud Kelloggs, but ebay, preloved etc are so cash grabbing orientated they don't really care. Unless they take action, although you are legally correct, there is little you can do. How about Trading Standards?

Going in circles with ebay, its if they don't want you to report anything as it just takes you to another link and
you cannot send .................................

Should have thought and emailed her first to ask if the pic was of her bird :-)19 to see what she said

What doesn't help is the seller is in the same area so anyone might think I'm selling :x

I do not sell eggs on ebay
