I've had three of my five Khaki Campbells die of peritonitis in the last month. They stop laying and then die a few days later and when you open them there are a lot of dead guts. They are not egg bound (no eggs at all). Any advise gratefully received.

So sorry to hear that. I would suggest you get one of the ducks post mortemed by your vet as it could be disease that is spreading through your flock. It is very unusual to get three go from peritonitis. On necropsy you can also see inflamed oviducts and egg yolk. Saying that unless you know what you are looking for you probably won't find much. Get a vet involved ASAP before you loose any more would be my strong advise.
