Password

Hi all,
Oh dear what a mess I am In, first I forget the password then I can't log in using the replacement and now I can't find how to change my password to something much easier to remember.
I hope you don't mind me using this site to ask for help ? ( Easy instructions please )

Click on User Control Panel (top of the page, second line down.) your private user area will appear.
Click on Profile (second box along at the top.)
Go down to,the fourth option at the left hand side and click on Edit Account Settings.
You will then get a form which includes the option to put in your new password and confirm it.
Then write it down somewhere as well, in case you're like me!
When you log in, if you select the Login for Keeps option, you shouldn't need to keep logging in every time you visit the Forum.
