ORPINGTON - Hen or Cockerel? Opinions please

Can anyone confirm whether this young Orpington is a hen or cockerel please. He is a single one I hatched end Marsc/early April. I think it's a cockerel but not 100% sure.

Hi, I would say its a cockerel (looking at it's comb etc), however we were caught out by one of ours last year and we didn't know until he crowed early this year :shock: , we have used the feather method in the past and this has proven quite reliable (but not 100%), the end of the neck feathers should be rounded for the girls and pointy for the boys. HTH
