Can anyone please help me with one bumpa beak bit? My Chalkhill Blue is feather pecking her sisters & they're understandably not very happy about it. I tried dividing the run with some 4' high wire mesh but even with a clipped wing, she can fly over it with the grace of a harrier jump jet!
I've checked with all of the usual stockists but no-one has bulla bits in stock except Omlet, who want to sell a kit of circlip pliers & bumpa bits for a whole flock in exchange for an arm & a leg, hence my plea.

You're hopefully,
Icemaiden.

Pity this didn't happen 2 weeks earlier Icemaiden, because I've just been back to England in my van via Dover. You could try Gamekeepa supplies who do mail order from Staffordshire. They only sell bits by the 100 unfortunately (for pheasant rearing), but they were £8 plus postage. I bought some larger 30mm ones from there and they do have smaller sizes. It will probably be the 25mm ones you need, which is the only size Omlet do. Perhaps one of your mechanic type neighbours has some external circlip pliers you can borrow?

Haven't tried to checkout with this Icemaiden but if you follow the link Omlet do sell them individually for 15p albeit with a £2.56 delivery charge. If you have already tried this and it won't let you buy then obviously ignore this.
