Oldie with a new nick

Hello there

Used to post PB for a few years under another username (which I don't wish to say publicly as I would prefer to remain a little more anonymous these days) and found this site/forum which is a little slice of heaven. I find some of the other poultry fourms I lurk on just too big to feel happy posting there.

This seems to fit the bill pefectly and there will be some faces, well nicks, I recognise I am sure.

I keep Pekins in black, lavender (frizzle and smooth) lemon cuckoo, mottled, splash and also Dutch banties and the odd Poland bantam And now blue due to hatching 2 days ago

Nice to meet you Snifter, hoping to keep the forum clean - I don't see the point in loads of categories with most of the posts being in just a couple of them but things need to be easy to find too.

What I will do is monitor the types of posts and create a new category if the demand calls for it.... the forum is an open book and if there is a specific category people want, (for example there used to be a 'Hardfeather Hangout' on PBF) and if the demand is there, it can be created easily enough.

Thanks for your support... the forum is just a bit of software, the genius is in what is posted by its users!
