Not going up to roost.

Hi all,
Have had my 4 hens now for about 2 months & they will not go up onto their perch to roost, they just huddle together in a corner.
Every night i put them on their perch & they are still there in the morning but will not go up themselves.
Does it really matter?

no it dosen't matter in the least. Some of mine won't perch at any price. So long as they are comfortable ad protected from droughts they'll be fine.
