Hi all thought I had better say hello.Thanks to this forum some of my problems have been solved. We keep a selection of Bantams and Chickens Light Sussex ,Silkie only one, Pekin,and a few others . Only problem with Bantams is they are great time wasters could sit and watch them for ages .Have kept bantams for a while now but still learning.Would like to get some more Silkies to keep Doodles company.Yes you guessed it they all have names

Hi Marigold my user name came about because I have a Jack Russell called Weasel and I'm her mum.
Light Sussex trio of Chickens called Thomas and the Persil girls,Light sussex bantams-Mark Jenny and Sylvie.Doodles white Silkie,Buff Orpington -Mrs Bloomers,The Pekin's tend to go by colour.

Bottom would get on well with your Marigold as well Marigold. Mind you so would Claude (my avatar) as he can't get to Daffodil at the moment.

Bottom is our pet Buff Orpington cock Weaselmum who lives in the house with us and visits his girls for a few hours every day. Welcome to the forum. Most of ours have names -mainly the ones that are easy to identify. Some have leg rings to remind me who is who. Two TNN's are so identical when I can catch them they will have Florence and Elisa rings.
