looking for advice please ive just introduced three additions all 15 weeks one black rock and two blue belles to my exsisting 28 week light sussex 2 of and 8 month lavender pekins 2 of i would exspect some bullying but the sussex seem to be going for it big time especially with the black rock its only day two any advice please i do intend to move the pekins into there own arc

Well try putting extra water containers around to make sure all get a drink same with food, or just scatter the food so they have to find it. Distraction is a good ploy hand feeding like a cabbage leaf and sharing it with them.
you can scatter porrage oats, corn, bird food, lawn clippings , weeds the list is endless.
I have found it took 3 days to a week for them to sort out the pecking order. It does get better as each day passes. If blood is drawn I just put a smear of vicks vapor rub on it one peck and they dont peck that again.
One hen has to be incharge in case of problems she calls and they have to run to her.
You could remove the sussex for a couple of days and reintroduce her but it will start the pecking order off again may be not so bad but its an option for you.
