These photos are from last year. I find it very difficult to take photos of birds with my camera it takes so long to take a photo. I press the button while the chicken is walking across and by the time the picture is taken its long gone. Anyway here goes.

Looks a bit like a cream legbar cockerel. But are those feathers on his feet? He's cute. Nice to see him now if his feathers have fully developed.

I have the same problems on our little pocket camera -I miss all the action and movement shots. I press the shutter and by the time the camera has taken the picture the subject has moved. Our big camera with loads of optical zoom is much much faster, same as the old film cameras. But it was 5 times the price!
 
He looks really nice do you have pictures from this year?I bet he has now longer tail:DDo you know which breeds have been crossed to create this cockrell?
 
Oh Hi chrismahon and tygrisek, sorry I didn't notice your replies earlier. I no loner have this one. he should have gone for slaughter with the other little cocks, but I was having second thoughts because he was so cute. But the fox decided for me! For parantage see my oher posts. remnant Sicilian buttercup father out of Pekin sport mother.
