Naked neck

One of my four week old splash brahmas looks like a little naked neck she hasn't got any sign of feathers on most of her neck :shock: do you think in time they will grow? The skin looks slighly swollen but then again I've never seen a chick with such bare skin. :? Shes happy enough and joins in with all the others, just looks different which probable means another one I will have to keep :roll:

Hello, just see how it develops- could be a genetic mutation -or some sort of disease- keep an eye on it and see what it grows into :shock:

It could be too that she is getting picked by one or more of the other birds.

I'm sure shes not being picked on not a mark on her just completly bald no red marks or nothing :?

Put mum and chicks outside in the sunshine yesterday and watched for hours all get on fine together

I'm hoping its just one of those things, if the others start to go like it thats when I will start to panic
