There is nothing like going out to my garden to get away from all the "Negative" things that happen in day to day life. No bills, no arguments, no static from my 14 year old :-)07. The only bad thing that happens out here is the occasional Tomato Worm, Squash beetle or Woodchuck. Once you pass through the arbor you are in another world where nothing bad happens. Things grow from the blood, sweat and pain that you put into this place, it gives back in so many ways.
I hope you all have your Own "Quiet Place".

Elvira Gulch IS a supermodel Wrigley -what a really pretty hen. Lovely yellow feet as well.

Nice garden. Real natural look about it. I've just thrown our sprinkler away -too expensive on a water meter ($3 for 250 US gallons) and illegal without one!

Thanks Chris! Do you have any way to catch rain water? I catch it off of my coop and house. I was surprised how much water I can collect after just an hour of rain. I then use a small electric sump pump hooked up to my hose. I have a Well, but, my Ph is around 5.8 - 6.6, kinda low for my garden so I use rain water that I've collected, when I can. From what I've been reading you guys are getting your fair share of rain.
Thanks again and stay dry. :)
