They look nice birds.
In the second picture, is that the drinker? You might find it helpful to stand it up on a concrete block, at the height of the birds' chest, to keep the floor litter out of the water.
How big is the run? If it's the sort that's less than two square metres, it will be too small for any more hens than the two you've already got, even if you can let them out in the garden sometimes. We recommend at least two square metres of run space per bird, or you will have various behaviour problems and the run itself will get filthy very fast. Chickens need plenty of space to do well, and in a very small run the space is even more critical for them.

i have hung it on chain now they got the run of the garden they just roost in there
