Moving broody hen

My wyandotte who I am going to have to move out of the main group to put with a new hen in a new area is now broody. My question is, am I going to upset her even more if I now move her (this weekend) into her new home with a new 'friend'? Is this all going to be too much for her?

Moving a hen into a coop with a bird she does not know can stop her being broody. Only time will tell. Good luck let us know how you get on

Broodies can also be very aggressive as they want their own space. But it's worth giving it a go. I agree it might just help her to come off broody.
